How consciousness can change your life?

Dr. Joe Dispenza (Joe Dispenza) was one of the first who began to explore the influence of consciousness on reality from a scientific point of view. His theory of the relationship between matter and consciousness brought him world fame after the release of the documentary "We Know What the Signal Does".

The key discovery made by Joe Dispenza is that the brain does not distinguish physical experiences from the emotional. Roughly speaking, cells of "gray matter" absolutely do not distinguish real, that is, The material, from the imaginary, i.e. from thoughts!

Few people know that the doctor's research in the field of consciousness and neurophysiology began with a tragic experience. After Joe Dispenza was hit by a car, doctors suggested that he fix the damaged vertebrae with an implant, which could later lead to lifelong pain. Only so, according to doctors, he could walk again.

But Dispenza decided to quit export to traditional medicine and restore his health with the help of thought power. In just 9 months of therapy, Dispenza could walk again. This was the impetus for exploring the possibilities of consciousness.

The first step along this path was communication with people who experienced the experience of "spontaneous remission". It is spontaneous and impossible from the point of view of doctors to heal a person from a serious illness without using traditional treatment. In the course of the survey, Dispenza found out that all people who passed through this experience were convinced that thought is primary in relation to matter and can heal any diseases.

Neural networks

Theory of Dr. Dispenza claims that each time experiencing any experience, we "activate" a huge number of neurons in our brain, which in turn affect our physical condition.

It is the phenomenal force of consciousness, due to its ability to concentrate, that creates the so-called synaptic connections - the connections between neurons. Repeated experiences (situations, thoughts, feelings) create stable neural connections, called neural networks. Each network is, in fact, a certain memory, on the basis of which our body in the future reacts to similar objects and situations.

According to Dispenza, all of our past is "recorded" in neural networks of the brain, which form how we perceive and perceive the world as a whole and its specific objects in particular. Thus, it only seems to us that our reactions are spontaneous. In fact, most of them are programmed with stable neural connections. Each object (stimulus) activates this or that neural network, which in turn causes a set of certain chemical reactions in the body.

These chemical reactions cause us to act or feel in a certain way - to run or to freeze in place, to rejoice or to be upset, to be excited or to fall into apathy, etc. All our emotional reactions are nothing more than the result of chemical processes caused by the existing neural networks, and they are based on past experience. In other words, in 99% of cases we perceive reality is not what it is, but we interpret it on the basis of finished images from the past.

The basic rule of neurophysiology is this: the nerves that are used together are connected. This means that neural networks are formed as a result of the repetition and consolidation of experience. If the experiment is not reproduced for a long time, the neural networks decay. Thus, the habit is formed as a result of regular "pushing" of the button of the same neural network. So automatic reactions and conditioned reflexes are formed - you have not yet had time to think and realize what is happening, and your body already reacts in a certain way.

The power of attention

Just think: our character, our habits, our personality are just a set of stable neural networks that we can at any time weaken or strengthen due to a conscious perception of reality! By concentrating attention consciously and selectively on what we want to achieve, we create new neural networks.

Previously, scientists believed that the brain is static, but the research of neurophysiologists shows that absolutely every slightest experience produces in it thousands and millions of neuronal changes that affect the body as a whole. In his book "The Evolution of Our Brain, the Science of Changing Our Consciousness," Joe Dispenza asks a logical question: if we use our thinking to cause certain negative states in the body, then will this anomalous state eventually become a norm?

Dispenza conducted a special experiment to confirm the possibilities of our consciousness.

People from one group for an hour every day pressed the spring mechanism with one and the same finger. People from the other group had only to imagine what they were pushing. As a result, the fingers of people from the first group grew by 30%, and from the second - by 22%. This influence of purely mental practice on physical parameters is the result of the work of neural networks. So Joe Dispenza proved that for the brain and neurons there is no difference between real and mental experience. So, if we pay attention to negative thoughts, our brain perceives them as reality and causes appropriate changes in the body. For example, illness, fear, depression, a surge of aggression, etc.

Where does the rake come from?

Another conclusion from the research of Dispenza concerns our emotions. Stable neural networks form unconscious patterns of emotional behavior, i.e. propensity to some form of emotional response. In turn, this leads to a recurring experience in life.

We attack the same rake just because we do not understand the reason for their appearance! And the reason is simple - every emotion is "felt" due to the release of a certain set of chemicals into the body, and our body simply becomes in some way "dependent" on these chemical combinations. Having realized this dependence precisely as a physiological dependence on chemicals, we can get rid of it.

Only a conscious approach is needed

Today I saw the lecture of Joe Dispenza, "Break the habit of being yourself" and thought: "Such scientists have to put gold monuments ..." Biochemist, neurophysiologist, neuropsychologist, chiropractor, father of three children (two of whom, on the initiative of the Dispensa, were born underwater, although 23 years ago in USA, this method was considered complete madness) and a very charming person in communication. Lectures reads with such sparkling humor, speaks of neurophysiology in such a simple and understandable language - a real enthusiast from science, educating ordinary people, generously sharing his 20-year scientific experience.

In his explanations, he actively uses the latest achievements of quantum physics and talks about the time that has come, when it is now not enough for people to simply learn about something, but now they are obliged to apply their knowledge in practice:

"Why wait for a special moment or the beginning of a new year in order to begin to radically change their thinking and life for the better? Just start doing it right now: stop showing the often repetitive daily negative moments of behavior that you want to get rid of, for example, say to yourself this morning: "Today I will live a day without condemning anyone" or "Today I will not whine and complain about anything" or "I will not be annoyed today" ....

Try to do something in a different order, for example, if you wash your face first and then brush your teeth, do the opposite. Or take and forgive someone. Just. Break the usual design! And you will feel unusual and very pleasant sensations, you will like it, not to mention those global processes in your body and the consciousness that you launch it! Start to get used to reflect on yourself and talk with yourself, as with a best friend.

Change in thinking leads to profound changes in the physical body. If a person took and thought, looking at himself impartially:

"Who am I?
Why is it bad for me?
Why do I live as I do not want to?
What do I need to change in myself?
What is it that prevents me?
What do I want to get rid of? ", Etc. and felt an acute desire not to react as before, or not to do something as before, which means that he went through the process of "awareness."

This is an inner evolution. At that moment, he made a leap. Accordingly, the personality begins to change, and the new personality needs a new body.

Thus spontaneous healings occur: with a new consciousness, the illness can no longer remain in the body, because the whole biochemistry of the organism changes (we change our thoughts, and this changes the set of chemical elements involved in the processes, our internal environment becomes toxic to the disease), and the person recovers.

Dependent behavior (ie addiction to anything: from video games to irritability) can be determined very easily: this is something that you find it difficult to stop when you want.

If you can not unlock from your computer and check your page in social networks every 5 minutes, or you understand, for example, that irritability hinders your relationship, but you can not stop irritating - know that you are not only dependent on the mental level, but also on the biochemical (your body requires the injection of hormones responsible for this condition).

It has been scientifically proven that the action of chemical elements lasts from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and if you continue to experience this or that state longer, know that all the rest of the time you artificially support it in yourself, by thoughts provoking cyclic excitation of the neural network and repeated release of unwanted hormones , causing negative emotions, i.e. you yourself support this state!

By and large, you voluntarily choose your health. The best advice for such situations is to learn to switch your attention to something else: nature, sport, watching a comedy, anything that can distract and switch you. Sharp refocusing of attention will allow to weaken and "extinguish" the action of hormones responding to the negative state. This ability is called neuroplasticity.

And the better you develop this quality in yourself, the easier it will be for you to control your reactions, which, through the chain, will lead to a huge variety of changes in your perception of the external world and the inner state. This process is called evolution.

Because new thoughts lead to a new choice, a new choice leads to a new behavior, new behavior leads to a new experience, new experiences lead to new emotions that, together with new information from the outside world, begin to change your genes epigenetically (i.e. secondarily). And then these new emotions, in turn, start to evoke new thoughts, and so you develop self-esteem, self-confidence, etc. This is how we can improve ourselves and, accordingly, our lives.

Depression is also a vivid example of dependence. Any state of dependence indicates a biochemical imbalance in the body, as well as an imbalance in the work of the "consciousness-body" connection.

The biggest mistake of people is that they associate their emotions and behavior with their personality: we just say "I'm nervous", "I'm weak-willed", "I'm sick," "I'm unhappy," etc. They believe that the manifestation of certain emotions identifies their personality, therefore they constantly subconsciously seek to repeat the response scheme or condition (for example, physical illness or depression), as if affirming to themselves every time who they are. Even if they themselves are very afflicted with this! A huge error. Any undesirable condition can be removed if desired, and each person's capabilities are limited only by his imagination.

And when you want changes in life, imagine clearly what exactly you want, but do not develop in your mind a "hard plan" of HOW it will happen, for the possibility of "choosing" the best option for you, which may be completely unexpected.

It is enough to relax internally and try to rejoice heartily from what has not happened yet, but it will happen. Do you know why? Because on the quantum level of reality this has already happened, provided that you have clearly presented and rejoiced with all your heart. It is from the quantum level that the beginning of the materialization of events begins.

So start to act first there. People are accustomed to rejoice only in the fact that "you can touch", which has already been realized. But we are not used to trusting ourselves and our abilities to CO-CREATE reality, although we are doing it every day and, basically, on a negative wave. Suffice it to recall how often our fears are realized, although these events are also formed by us, only without control ... But when you develop the ability to control your thinking and emotions, real miracles will begin.

Believe me, I can give thousands of wonderful and inspirational examples. You know, when someone smiles and says that something will happen, and they ask him: "How do you know?", And he calmly replies: "I just know ...". This is a vivid example of controlled implementation of events ... I am sure that absolutely everyone has experienced this special condition at least once. "

It's just about the complicated tells Joe Dispenza. Everyone will warmly advise his books as soon as they are translated into Russian and begin to sell in Russia.

"Our habit of being ourselves must become our most important habit."
Joe Dispenza

And yet Dispenza advises: never stop learning. The best information is acquired when a person is surprised. Try to learn something new every day - it develops and trains your brain, creating new neural connections, which in turn will change and develop your ability to conscious thinking that will help you model your own happy and full-fledged reality.
